Oklahoma Marriages Marriage To A Foreign National In The State Of Oklahoma?

Marriage to a foreign national in the state of oklahoma? - oklahoma marriages

My friend is a resident in Oklahoma, USA, and I am a British citizen. I want to marry, while in the Visa Waiver Program that expired in November 24, 2007. I returned to England before that date. Can I get married, while in the Visa Waiver Program application for change of status? What documents do I need to get our marriage license?

You do not need a lawyer.

If you marry before 24th November will not be forced to leave. His British passport should be required as identification for obtaining a marriage certificate.

After their marriage in the United States is very easy to make your changes in immigration status to obtain and maintain their green card. Submitted after the issue of official certificate of marriage with her American husband, the following forms with the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration ....

I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative)
I-134 (Affidavit of Support)
I-485 (application for adjustment of status)
I-765 (application) for a work permit
G-325 (Bio-Data)

You can fill out the forms online and then print out, ready for signature and dispatch. You can find forms and instructions, please .....

The total cost of the file is $ 1705th

Best of luck.

Marriage license is easy, and it is adjustable. It is time and money, but it's worth it.

if you are married, you can start the movement for permanent residence, it can be difficult, because the exemption of visa and usually require return to your country prior to the expiry of I-94. Also a side note that probably could not adapt to a different nonimmigrant visa or extending their current form for the same reason.

If you marry and IMM attorney for a pending case because you'll * be in a position within the United States to be resolved until his case by an immigration judge. It may also be able to obtain a work permit, but as I said this is not easy. the cheapest / easiest way to get it for you will probably return to their country of origin (single) and the process of K-1 visa.

I provided two links that can help, but the room is dominated by immigration and information. it is a phone # listed for more help if you can bear to be heard a lot of waiting and catastrophe coverAge groups.

Hope this helps.
